10 simple (and free) gestures to get rid of pimples

A loud alarm clock, lazy slippers, a glance in the mirror… And disaster strikes! A new horde of pimples has appeared on your right cheek! In one night, really? But how can you avoid these complex appearances and get a new look?

  1. do not dry out your skin, use gentle skincare products: alcohol-based creams tend to attack the skin which will protect itself and produce more sebum;

  2. wash your face with cold water: for a soothing and decongestant effect but also to tighten pores;

  3. always clean your hands and nails before applying treatments: these areas of the body are real breeding grounds for bacteria;
