In a message to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, the U.S. delegation to the United Nations warned North Korea on Wednesday that its troops would return in plastic bags if they entered Ukraine to support Russia.
If North Korean troops, which the United States says are in Russia, “enter Ukraine in support of Russia, they will leave in body bags. So I would advise Chairman Kim to think twice before engaging in such a reckless and dangerous action,” Deputy Ambassador Robert Wood told the UN Security Council.
