Beer, sunshine & wife Kate! Harry Kane enjoys ‘perfect’ Oktoberfest as Bayern Munich & England star sinks giant drinks on the back of 10-goal start to the season

The England captain got his first taste of the annual Bavarian tradition after making a big-money move to Germany in the summer of 2023. Everything was new to Kane back then, as he spent several months living in a hotel away from his partner and young family.

  The Kane clan are now settled in Munich and very much part of the close team bond that has been struck up at the Allianz Arena. Bayern may have failed to land a trophy last season, but they are back in the hunt for major silverware in 2024-25.

    An opportunity to relax and unwind has been embraced during Oktoberfest, with Vincent Kompany’s squad sinking giant drinks in the autumn sun. Kane formed part of those celebrations, with his wife on hand this year to join the party. The prolific frontman has posted on social media: “Really good day at Oktoberfest and to see the German tradition. Such a good team tradition and to go with @katekanex and the players, staff and everyone in the sunshine was perfect. Great way to end a great week with some of our fans there as well.”

    Kane – who recently netted back-to-back hat-tricks in Bundesliga and Champions League competition – already has 10 goals to his name this term, having hit 44 in all competitions last season. Bayern have made a perfect start to their Bundesliga title bid, through four fixtures, and are set to play host to reigning champions Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday.
