The case of the murder of Borja Villacis , brother of the former deputy mayor of Madrid, Begoña Villacis, has been trending in recent months, as the investigation into his death has been followed; however, not many know his biography, age and why he was murdered last June, here is his Wikipedia.
Borja Villacis was murdered on June 4 on the Fuencarral-El Pardo highway and the day after, two of the alleged suspects were arrested and, more recently, a third suspect.
The third person was missing until the National Police ‘s Homicide Group V identified and arrested him yesterday, Wednesday, in Getafe, according to media reports.

Borja Villacis is the brother of the former deputy mayor of Madrid, Begoña Villacis, who was also a former leader of Ciudadanos. His personal information has not been published, because he is allegedly linked to drug trafficking groups.
Villacis also did not have public social media accounts, but her sister Begoña Villacis does have an Instagram account, where she posts photos of herself, her time as deputy mayor, and her children.
There is no information about Borja’s parents, as there is no data on their biography on the Internet; however, it is known that Borja Villacis is Begoña Villacis’ younger brother.
Was he linked to drug trafficking?
He was linked to the gang of “Niño Skin”, Antonio Menéndez, who was recently arrested in an operation against drug trafficking in Madrid. Borjas had a long criminal record: drug trafficking, injuries and robbery with violence.
Villacis has been linked to several drug traffickers. In the years following his first conviction, Villacís became more closely linked to Ultra Sur, which experienced a civil war in 2023 and 2014.
Villacis was arrested by the National Police last year in an operation in which more than half a ton of cocaine was dismantled in 2023. The former deputy mayor’s brother remained at large.
Why was he killed?
It is believed that Villacis’ murder could be a settling of scores because Borja Villacís was a member of the well-known Ultras Sur fans, the most violent Real Madrid fans.
The investigation has therefore continued and the arrest of the third person allegedly involved in the murder of Villacis, which took place last June, has been announced .
