According to the CIA, Russia plans to retaliate against the United States and its partners with even greater force if they agree to allow the Ukrainians to use Western-supplied long-range missiles for attacks inside Russia.

According to the New York Times, the CIA has been working on a list of possible responses from Vladimir Putin’s regime if the green light is given. And according to the CIA, it would mainly involve sabotage.
