For the first time since the start of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, North Korean soldiers helping Russians are reported to have been killed.
Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, said on Thursday that North Korean troops had suffered casualties during fighting with Ukrainian troops. Mr. Zelensky made the remarks at a press conference during the European Political Community summit in Budapest.
The Ukrainian president also stressed that he believed more North Korean troops would be deployed on the Russian side if no action was taken in response.
