Pablo Villanueva Branda, better known as Melcochita, was reportedly hospitalized and reports have it that he died, but is it true?

The singer, whose real name is Pablo Villanueva Branda , was admitted to the Edgardo Rebagliati Hospital, in the Lima district of Jesús María, but it is known that he is out of danger.

Manolo Rojas, a member of Los Chistosos , mentioned that Melcochita had been treated for an emergency, but later assured that they managed to stabilize him and that he is fine.

It is worth noting that the comedian was scheduled to perform at the Casino Contento in Huánuco last Saturday, September 28; however, the establishment issued a statement rescheduling the show.

” Due to Melcochita’s health, today’s performance will not be able to take place. The event will be rescheduled for Saturday, October 19. Have a speedy recovery, dear Melcochita, we look forward to seeing you and enjoying your art and your music ,” the message reads.

What did Melcochita say?

The renowned comedian gave statements to Trome and mentioned: ” I almost didn’t tell it, because I couldn’t breathe, that’s why my wife (Monserrat) brought me to the emergency room. They examined me and determined that I had acute bronchitis, my saturation was low, I had a fever. I was really scared, I thought I wasn’t telling it and that’s why I couldn’t go to the wake of my dear Felpudini, who today rests in peace ,” he mentioned.
