The victims’ lawyer revealed that the youngest victim, now an adult, was abused by Combs and “several other people” during an audition at Bad Boy Records in New York.
According to attorney Tony Buzbee, famous American rapper Sean John Combs sexually abused a 9-year-old minor.
Attorney Tony Buzbee will represent 120 people in individual lawsuits against the artist for similar incidents that occurred over the past 25 years.
At a press conference, the lawyer announced that the minor would be the youngest victim on the list of lawsuits he intends to file in various US courts in the next 30 days.
In addition, he mentioned that there is one person who was 14 years old and another who was 15 at the time of the alleged abuse, according to media reports.
Crimes against Combs
Buzbee plans to file charges that include, in addition to sexual assault and rape, facilitation of sex through the use of controlled substances, unlawful confinement, forced prostitution, sexual misconduct, dissemination of recordings and sexual abuse of a minor.
It will also include the names of others involved in the crimes, as well as those who witnessed them and did not intervene, and those who facilitated and covered up these acts.
This will include high-profile individuals , as well as banks, hotels and pharmaceutical companies, ABC13 reports.
“We will identify those who secretly enabled this conduct […] There are many names on the list,” he said, as quoted by The New York Post.
Cases of sexual abuse
Of the 120 cases (60 men and 60 women), 25 involve minors who aspired to begin a career in the music or entertainment industry.
Some of them were subjected to this situation under the false promise that the rapper would bring them fame, according to the lawyer.
The attorney also revealed that the youngest victim, now an adult, was allegedly abused by Combs and “several other people” during an audition at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York, when she was just 9 years old, with the hope of obtaining a “record contract.”
