Diddy Rape Accuser Must Reveal Identity Or Drop Lawsuit, Judge Rules

New York, NY – A Diddy rape accuser has been forced to publicly reveal their identity or else their lawsuit against the Bad Boy Records founder will be dropped.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, an anonymous woman who claims Puffy sexually assaulted her 20 years ago has been told by a New York judge that she must use her real name if her lawsuit is to proceed.

Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil ruled that the anonymous woman, who filed her suit under the pseudonym of Jane Doe, has failed to prove why she needs to remain anonymous.

The woman has until November 13 to refile the lawsuit under her real identity or it will be tossed.

Diddy is accused in the lawsuit of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old woman in 2004 after he invited her to a photoshoot near her college campus in New York.

The woman claims that under the threat of violence, the mogul forced her to undress and then sexually assaulted her.

Diddy, as with all other claims of sexual assault he has faced, denied the allegations through his lawyer, saying: “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”

The latest lawsuit filed against the embattled record executive accuses him of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in 2005.

The alleged victim, who has kept their identity a secret, claims Diddy drugged and raped him in a New York City hotel during an audition for Bad Boy Records.

In his complaint, John Doe says a consultant hired by his parents took him to a hotel room where he was left alone with Combs and allegedly given a soda that he believes was laced with drugs.

The suit reads: “After plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told plaintiff to move closer to him, which plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.’

“Once plaintiff had pushed plaintiff down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the 10-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss it.’ When plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly push it in and out.

Diddy has denied these allegations as well.
