This Tuesday, October 8, 2024, the price of Diesel will increase at the pump in Belgium. This is a consequence of the tensions linked to the conflict in Lebanon and Israel.
From October 8, you will have to pay a maximum of €1.7490/l for your Diesel, announced the FPS Economy. This is an increase of 5.3 euro cents. Gasoline remains at the same price. From then on, diesel will even become more expensive than E5 gasoline. Heating oil is also increasing.
Here are the official prices of petroleum products for October 8, 2024 (maximum amount):
– Petrol 95 RON E10 – 1.6270 euro/l
– Petrol 98 RON E5 – 1.7120 euro/l
– Diesel B7 – 1.7490 euro/l
– Heating diesel (H0/H7) (from 2000 l) – 0.8381 euro/l – Heating diesel (H0/H7) (less than 2000 l) – 0.8778 euro/l
These price changes are linked to the geopolitical situation in Lebanon and the tensions between Iran and Israel.
