A motorist collided with a group of people Monday near a sports hall in Zhuhai, in China’s Guangdong province. As many as 35 people were killed. Another 43 others were injured.
Police arrested the 62-driver of the car. It appears he acted deliberately. Chinese police speak of a “serious and brutal attack.” Investigations will now have to reveal why the man did this.
