The Paris prosecutor’s office announced last Thursday that Bruno Pelat, Iris Mittenaere’s partner, has been taken into police custody.
The police custody began last Tuesday in the 18th arrondissement police station and continued into Wednesday afternoon, the public prosecutor indicated. The partner of the former Miss France and Miss Universe is suspected of domestic violence not exceeding 8 days of incapacity for work (ITT). Information relayed by Voici.
“At this stage, it appears from the initial investigation that the events, reported via the digital victim support platform, took place at the home of the accused, during the night of Monday to Tuesday. Investigations are ongoing,” the prosecution said.
Iris Mittenaere, a 31-year-old TV host and influencer, has suffered a hand injury. According to a source close to the case, the circumstances of this injury will have to be determined.
