Gunna is set to take the field, as it was just announced he’ll be performing following a big NFL game on the show Amazon Music Live.

The Atlanta rapper is set to appear on the program, which airs right after Amazon’s Thursday Night Football, on November 14. He’ll follow the Washington Commanders/Philadelphia Eagles matchup.

“The rap superstar will perform new material from his critically-acclaimed 2024 album One Of Wun, alongside fan favorites and deep cuts,” reads a press release from Amazon.

Amazon Music Live with Gunna is scheduled to air at 9 PM Pacific.

Earlier this month, Gunna had less positive news to deal with when he caught a stray from beyond the grave on Rich Homie Quan‘s posthumous album.

Released on October 4, Forever Goin In contains a massive 35 songs with features from the likes of 2 Chainz, Sukihana, Plies, Lil Tjay, Skilla Baby and more.

And on the cut “One of Quan” – which is a play on Gunna’s One Of Wun album title – the late rapper comes for his fellow Atlanta native seemingly unprovoked, as the pair had no prior issues that were publicized.

They probably gon think I took over Gunna flow, but this my cadence and I made it/ N-ggas was stealing the swag, I was just sitting back and I wouldn’t even say shit!

Gunna is no stranger to catching strays on wax these days, however. On the same day as Rich Homie Quan’s album dropped, Future appears to take a particularly menacing shot at him on Ferg’s new single “Allure.”

The song features the duo trading bars over a Mike WiLL Made-It beat built around haunting synths and trap drums.

During his guest verse, Hendrix warns an unnamed enemy: “You took a plea on my slime, won’t be surprised you ended up dead.”

Fans were quick to connect the lyrics to Gunna, who controversially accepted an Alford plea in his and Young Thug‘s YSL RICO case, for which the YSL rapper is still on trial.

“Future Dissing Gunna on his new Feature?” one listener wrote on X, while another joked: “Future old ass not letting up on Gunna.”

A third user chimed in: “Future still on Gunna neck cuz yall keep tryna overlook it so he keep reminding yall what happened.”
