A Honduran man has decided to tattoo the face of Shin Fujiyama, the renowned Japanese activist, on his skin as a tribute to his work for education in Honduras.
In a video shared on social media, the user identified as superjoficialhn shows the detailed tattoo on his arm and sent a special message: “For our Warrior (…) I hope to meet you soon and that you can autograph your portrait.”
The young man from Olancha said that although he may not be able to contribute financially to Shin’s cause, he wanted to show his affection.
“Since I may not be able to help with other things, I show my affection,” he said.

The video has already been shared on TikTok by thousands of users and was also shared by the Japanese man’s future wife, who recently ran 3,200 kilometers from the border of Mexico with the United States to Honduras.
Shin Fujiyama has become one of Honduras’ most beloved figures, known for his dedication to educational projects and his aspiration to build 1,000 schools.
His work has left a deep mark on many communities, making him a symbol of hope and solidarity.
