Mother and daughter dazzle in parades: a duo that reflects tradition and patriotism in San Pedro Sula.
During the patriotic parades this Sunday, September 15 in San Pedro Sula , Cortés , two figures captured the public’s attention: Adriana Madrid Tróchez, a member of the Instituto Jesús de Nazareth, and her mother, Pamela Tróchez.
Adriana, who has participated in the parades for eight years, has established herself as one of the city’s most outstanding palonas. Her grace and skill with the baton have impressed year after year, making her a public favorite.
But this year, it wasn’t just Adriana who caught the attention, but also her mother, Pamela, who with a comfortable outfit and charisma stole the attention of those present.
Together, mother and daughter not only shared their love for Honduran traditions, but also reflected pride and patriotic spirit at an event celebrating 203 years of Independence.
Pamela told Grupo OPSA that they had been awake since four in the morning to attend the parades and demonstrate their patriotic fervor , without imagining that their beauty would also stand out in the streets.
Dressed in impeccable outfits, Pamela and Adriana left a mark on the hearts of those who witnessed the parades, symbolizing the strong family bond and the legacy of Honduran culture that is passed down from one generation to the next.
