Witnesses say that minutes before his death, Liam Payne was disoriented and allegedly took drugs in front of hotel employees.
The tragic incident took place at the Hotel CasaSur Palermo , specifically in apartment 10 on the third floor, where Payne had been staying since Sunday. According to reports, the singer fell on his back, which caused a fatal blow to his head.
Alberto Crescenti, director of the Emergency Medical Service (SAME), confirmed that the teams arrived quickly at the scene, but were unable to revive him due to the severity of his injuries.
