Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox are expecting their first child together after suffering a miscarriage a few years back.
Taking to Instagram to announce the wonderful news, Megan made reference to the miscarriage, writing, “nothing is ever really lost. welcome back.”
She used MGK’s song “Last November” in the post, which finds the Cleveland music maker discussing the loss.
“One day in another ten weeks/ I never even got to hear your heartbeat/ Last year feels like a past life / We said forever on the very first night,” he sings on the song.

The track lived on his 2022 album Mainstream Sellout, which included an accompanying magazine. In it, he said of the song: “The second part of this song [‘twin flame’] came almost two years later. Well, actually it started as a song called ‘One Day & 10 Weeks.’ Then I made a song called ‘Last November.’ Neither expressed the sadness we experienced from what I will leave private, and I circled back to this song and decided to add on to the story. Our story.”
Megan shares three children – Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7, – with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, while MGK has a 15-year-old daughter, Casie.
Over the summer, Machine Gun Kelly revealed the “heartbreaking” conversation he had with his daughter that led him to kick his drug habit.
Appearing on Gillie Da Kid and Wallo’s Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, the rapper and singer recalled what his teenage daughter Casie said to him that inspired him to get sober.
“It started with my daughter saying, ‘Dad, you know I can tell when you’re high?’ It broke my heart. It was like… the ultimate letdown,” he said, adding that his daughter was just 11 or 12 years old at the time.
“It took me a while afterwards because obviously, you know, drugs have a vice grip on you. Also, I grew up in a house where being somebody else was beaten into me […] because you aren’t who your father wants you to be, and really that’s a reflection of him not being who he wanted to be.”
He added: “That was step one for me. As a father and as a man, to be the father I wish my dad would have been, I have to break this generational curse for my kid.”
In August, MGK revealed that he quietly checked himself into rehab in 2023 and had since celebrated a year of sobriety.
