A video recently went viral showing a man pretending to be in a wheelchair to beg for money on the streets of Zacatecas, Mexico. The man was caught getting out of his car and walking without any problems before taking a wheelchair.
After lowering the chair and locking his car tightly, the man got in and went to a traffic light to beg.
The video, shared on social media, sparked outrage among users, who criticized the hoax.
“Here in Zacatecas there is a man who begs for alms because he is disabled. He drives a good car and I just discovered that he can walk. You phony son of a bitch,” wrote the user who shared the video.
While users on X criticized the man and condemned that there are more people who do the same.
“Near my house, a man would always arrive in a suit saying that he had just been robbed. Once my brother said to him ‘Really? This is the third time this week!’ and he ran away,” wrote one user.
