Prosecutor Johel Zelaya will broadcast an ‘important message’ on national television

The Attorney General of the Public Ministry (MP), Johel Antonio Zelaya, will give a message of national interest on Monday in a national radio and television broadcast scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
On Monday, Zelaya submitted a formal request to the National Telecommunications Commission ( Conatel ) to be granted space on national radio and television networks.
The purpose of this request is to convey a message that the Public Prosecutor’s Office considers of great relevance to the nation.
Zelaya , through his “X” account, justified his request under Article 221 of the Framework Law of the Communications Sector , given that the message is of national interest and must be disseminated as soon as possible.
However, the Attorney General did not provide details about the content of the message or the nature of the information that is being communicated to the public through this national network.

Following Zelaya ‘s request , the National Telecommunications Commission ( Conatel ) announced that a national radio and television broadcast will be held this Monday at 7:00 p.m.
“With instructions from the Public Ministry and Conatel, radio, television and cable system operators are summoned to join the national chain and invite the Honduran people to be attentive to this broadcast, the Attorney General, lawyer Johel Antonio Zelaya Álvarez , appears ,” Conatel reported.
