The Ukrainian military reported on Telegram on Monday morning that Russian bombers had taken off and were on their way to Ukraine. These are reportedly carrying cruise missiles.
Consequently, the air alert is in force in almost all of Ukraine. Ukrainians are holding their breath in the meantime.
Witnesses in Kiev and elsewhere report widespread power cuts. The Ukrainian army informs that power has been cut ‘as a precaution’ because of the impending attack.
