Kim Kardashian doesn’t seem to be concerned about rumors circulating online about alleged links between her family and Sean “Diddy” Combs, who has been accused of sex trafficking.
On October 4, the Kardashian star stepped out to watch her son Saint ‘s Little League basketball game in Los Angeles. Kim looked cool and unfazed. Behind the scenes, however, members of her famous family are reportedly very concerned about the firestorm of controversy surrounding Diddy.
“Wild” evenings
On September 16, Combs was arrested in New York and charged with sex trafficking and racketeering. The rapper is accused of coercing people into participating in his wild “Freak-Offs ” — drug-fueled, multi-day sex parties that he would watch and record. He has pleaded not guilty and is currently being held without bail in a Brooklyn jail.
By dint of boasting
While the Kardashians have not been linked to Diddy’s alleged crimes, family members are nonetheless “in panic mode right now,” a source told In Touch . “All those years of bragging about partying with Diddy has of course led everyone to assume that they were somehow involved in these depraved freak-offs ,” the source said.
Not aware of the dark backstage
Like many celebrities, Kim and other members of her family have been invited to Diddy’s high-profile parties over the years. On a 2014 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians , Kim’s younger sister Khloé Kardashian opened up about attending one of his events, alongside stars like Justin Bieber and French Montana. “I think half the people there had their butts out ,” Khloé told her sister Kourtney.
However, and still according to the anonymous source, while the Kardashians were partying with Diddy, they were unaware of the more sinister activities that were apparently taking place behind the scenes.
