While hiking in a forest in Oklahoma (Midwest of the United States), this hiker had the fright of his life.
According to legend, Bigfoot is a bipedal, hairy creature with a face similar to that of an ape and measuring over 2 metres tall. That’s not what this hiker who swears he saw Bigfoot during a walk in a forest in Oklahoma, in Lawton more precisely, claims. The man, to prove his encounter, posted a fairly brief video (a few seconds) on TikTok. Since their publication, the images have been viewed more than 1.2 million times, reports the media Demotivateur .
In the video, a creature identical to the description of Bigfoot can be seen leaning against a tree. The beast suddenly turns its head towards the hiker, causing him to run away at full speed. Frightened, the man admits to having experienced “the most terrifying moment of his life.”
All for the buzz?
And while the video has truly created a buzz, many are convinced that it is a set-up. One man is said to have simply dressed up: “It’s nice to see real footage of a real Bigfoot,” “Where can I buy one of these costumes?”, one Internet user asked.
For the hiker, still traumatized by this face-to-face encounter, Bigfoot is no legend.
