Birmingham guaranteed their progression to the EFL Trophy round of 32 after beating Fulham Under-21s 7-1 at St. Andrew’s @ Knighthead Park on Tuesday evening. Jay Stansfield and Ayumu Yokoyama both scored braces and Alfie May, Keshi Anderson and Lyndon Dykes also got on the scoresheet in a win that left Brady delighted, with Birmingham well on course to earn a final date at Wembley in April.
Brady, who joined Birmingham as a minority owner last year, took to Instagram to post a simple ‘KRO’ message on his Story.

‘KRO’ means Keep Right On and is the chant sung by Birmingham fans since the mid-1950s. The song was originally written and sung by singer and comedian Sir Henry Lauder, with ‘KRO’ also used by fans as a hashtag on social media. Brady, who watched the 3-1 win over Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney’s Wrexham in September, will further endear himself to supporters with his use of the acronym.
