A video posted on social media on Wednesday captured the moment when two women violently confronted each other in the street, in a scene that quickly went viral.
In the video, recorded by a passenger on a rapidito-type bus, both women can be seen hitting each other and falling to the ground with no intention of separating.
In an attempt to stop the fight, a woman approaches and, taking one of the girls by the head, says “my love” in a conciliatory tone.
However, her words failed to calm the situation, and both women continued to fight, paying no attention to those who tried to intervene.
The video shows the bus continuing to move forward while the women remain on the ground, engaged in the fight.
The reason for the dispute is still unknown, but the incident sparked a wave of comments on social media, with many users questioning the lack of intervention by those present and speculating on the possible causes of the confrontation.
“It seems like a pure corral”, “What a bunch of third world rabble”, “How embarrassing, this society resolves everything with blows. Poor girls and nobody does anything” are some of the comments.
