A woman of 19 has died gruesomely in a remarkable workplace accident at the Walmart hypermarket in Halifax, Canada.
The 19-year-old Walmart employee became trapped in the bread bake-off facility and burned alive. Moreover, it was her mother, who also works there, who made the gruesome discovery Saturday night.
Colleagues on the scene were eventually able to remove the body from the hot plant before emergency services arrived. But the girl had already died. Police and the Canadian Department of Labor are investigating how this tragic workplace accident could have happened.
