Two regions in Honduras will record the highest rainfall on Wednesday, according to Cenaos.
The convergence of wind and humidity from the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean will continue to generate light to moderate and scattered rains and showers, accompanied by thunderstorms in much of Honduras on Wednesday.
The National Center for Atmospheric, Oceanographic and Seismic Studies (Cenaos) announced this forecast.
Luis Fonseca , a meteorologist at Cenaos, said that the greatest accumulations of rainfall are expected in the southern and western regions of the country, with maximum precipitation of 30 millimeters.
In the rest of Honduras, rainfall will reach between 10 and 15 millimeters, according to the meteorological report.
Waves will remain normal, with heights of 1 to 3 feet on the Caribbean coast and the Gulf of Fonseca .
In addition, maximum temperatures of between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius are expected in western Honduras and between 30 and 34 degrees Celsius in the rest of the country.
