According to the authorities of the National Electoral Council (CNE), the National Electoral Census for the next election process in the country establishes that 5,805,364 citizens eligible to vote are called to the primary elections.

For German Lobo, former alternate councilor of the CNE, the candidate who wins these five departments will be the one elected in the 2025 primaries.
