According to the lawyer, Carlos Eduardo Espina, he explained that the Mexican committed “a very serious crime” for which “she could spend up to decades in prison.”

“First, she could be charged with kidnapping , because you cannot put a person in your car based on lies and take him to a different place against his will; second, it is human trafficking because she took him to an international border,” explained the expert.

Although Espina clarified that this is only a warning for someone not to commit the same actions as the young woman, Internet users have reacted angrily to her words.
