I’m Still Struggling Despite Acting For 46 Years – Yemi Solade

Yemi Solade, a well-known actor from Nigeria, revealed that he is still having difficulties after 46 years of performing.

At the Thursday premiere, the actor who was cast in Kunle Afolayan’s latest film, Ijogbon, revealed this and urged young people who aspire to be actors to hone their craft.

The actor claimed that most young people are not prepared to put in the work; instead, they want to perform for the glitz and money.

Speaking at the event, he said, “When young people walk up to me and say things like, daddy make me a star, i say if i have done 46 years and still struggling, then who are you.

“They should be ready to pay dues, do the art right, so that the art can do them right.”
