Popular Nollywood star, Chinedu Ikedieze widely recognized as Aki couldn’t contain his joy when pleasantly surprised by his fellow actors on his birthday.
Celebrating his 46th birthday on December 12, the seasoned actor took to his Instagram page to share a video expressing gratitude to those who orchestrated the delightful birthday surprise.
In the video, Aki, who was busy filming a movie in Asaba, found himself still in bed as a group of his colleagues entered his hotel room to celebrate his birthday. They brought along a saxophonist, a cake, money, and other tokens of appreciation.
Taken aback by the unexpected visit, the seasoned actor lifted his head to discover the surprise guests who entered his hotel room without prior notice. His expression shifted from surprise to gratitude, evident on his face. Eventually, he joined them in singing praise worship, accompanied by the melodic tunes of the saxophonist.
In his post, Aki expressed gratitude to Blessing Patrick and Gomes Production, the producers of the movie set where he was working, for showering him with love on his special day.
He also extended his thanks to the hotel management for accommodating the surprise visit from the cast and crew of the movie.
