Wrexham’s efforts to get “one or two” out before the summer transfer window closes are being made difficult by a surprising Welsh FA rule.
Hollywood co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney continue to work with manager Phil Parkinson on late deals. In order to get more bodies on board, others will need to be moved on from SToK Racecourse – helping to free up funds and squad space.
The Red Dragons have a number of players on their books that sit on the fringes of Parkinson’s plans, or have slipped out of favour entirely, and the plan is to find them regular minutes elsewhere – with some prepared to step out of League One and back down into the National League.
